Annual maintenance fees of Rs 12000 to be paid per gunta every year to up keep the NHPL affilated properties and also to maintain the Farm plot and sandal wood plants like watering the fram, Electric bills, Irrigation, fertilization, Salaries for Gun man, Security Guards and also to up keep the Guest house facilities till the Harvesting of the trees.
The Said Annual maintenance fees will be increased every year by inflation of 6%.
The Plot owner has also Agreed to pay RS 25000 or on actuals for Security systems in which promotors will organize for a Electric fencing, CCTV Cameras, Microchip, Gun Mans and necessary Latest technologies to safe guard the Sandalwood farm. That is in the year....

Member has to furnish relevant documents to register the plot.
Aadhar card, agriculture certificate or RTC, etc. as per the government of Karnataka revenue act.
Member will have to pay 40,000 for registration of the farm plot at the time of registration.
Member will have to pay 25,000 for security systems when the sandalwood plant will be 8 years old to build Compound wall, electric fences, CCTV camera, microchip, country dogs, & gun man.
Member entitled for annual services after paying maintenance charges only.
